Made in Colombia

When to wear:
Wear daily under your clothing as part of your everyday routine. Do not wear while sleeping.

If you have recently given birth, we recommend waiting at least 1 month before wearing a waist trainer. Following surgery, wait approximately 8 weeks and once cleared by your surgeon. When used during post-op recovery, it should be worn over your post-op compression garment/boards.

Fit:
Waist trainers are designed to fit snugly and provide firm support. They will feel tighter than regular clothing.
For the best fit, take your waist measurement and refer to our size guide. If you’re unable to take your waist measurement, we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual top size.

If you need help choosing your size, feel free to contact us with your measurements.
